Delivery Times and Charges
Standard UK Delivery: £3.50
We aim to despatch your order on the same day as as you place it, if you do so before 2pm on a working day. Delivery is usually within 3 days, as long as there are no problems with Royal Mail. Please note that a signature is required upon receipt so feel free to use a work address for delivery. If you are not in to sign for your parcel the postman will leave a notification explaining how to collect your parcel or arrange for redelivery. Please note that the post office keeps your goods for a limited time only and Lilac Stripe cannot be responsible if goods are returned to us.
Standard Delivery for 2 or more items: £6.95
European Delivery: £11.95
Rest of the World: £15.95
We regret we only offer standard delivery on orders placed outside of the United Kingdom. A signature may be required upon receipt of the goods.
IMPORTANT
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
Lilac Stripe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your Lilac Stripe order but if, for any reason, you would like to return anything we will be happy to refund you or offer you an exchange within 14 days of receipt. This is provided that the goods are unused and are in perfect condition. They must also be returned in their original packaging please.
Unfortunately due to reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns, or offer exchanges, on pierced earrings or underwear unless, of course, the goods are faulty.
How to Return Goods
To return goods please fill in the Returns Form which is enclosed with your order. You should indicate what you are returning, if the goods or faulty or if you have changed your mind, and if you would like a refund or an exchange. Please remember to put your name and contact telephone number or email address on the form in case we need to contact you about your return.
You should pack this form back in the box with the item/s you wish to return. We strongly advise that you send goods back using recorded delivery. We regret we cannot accept responsibility if any goods are lost in the post. The address to send returns to is Lilac Stripe, 9 Huguenot Terrace, London, SW18 2HZ.
Upon receipt of the returned parcel we will either issue a refund, which we aim to do within five working days, or send you your replacement, which will usually be within two working days.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
