How to Shop
- We hope that you find lilacstripe.com easy to navigate and use. You can browse through the homepage pictures to get inspiration for your own look and when you see something you like, run your mouse over it – it should highlight and clicking on it will direct you to that item’s own page.
- Here you can see further pictures and information about the product. If you decide you’d like to buy then click ‘Add to Shopping Bag’ and you will be directed to your Shopping Bag page.
- On your Shopping Bag page you can see what you have chosen and change quantities. If you change any details you can click ‘Update Cart’ and the order totals will update too. Then either click ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Proceed to Checkout’
- Once at the Checkout you will see a summary of your order, with delivery costs.
- If you are buying small presents there is the option to add a gift box.
- When you click ‘Pay Now’ you will be instructed to enter your payment details. You must fill in any section indicated with an asterisk (*). The invoice address must be the address at which your card is registered.

- Where you are instructed to enter the delivery address you can also indicate if your purchase is a gift.
- When your payment has been processed we will send you a notification email which includes your order reference. If you need to contact us regarding your purchase please quote this reference. When we despatch your order we will email you again, to let you know your parcel is on its way!
- Each Lilac Stripe delivery is wrapped in tissue and decorated with our ribbon to make it a special parcel to receive
